horrible service from so called nedbank attorneys and they smammers *****ing money from my account without updating records as per the credit act

i had a personal loan with nedbank and defaulted on payment due to financial problems, and 6 months ago i was contacted by a company called hammend pole attoneys saying they were instructed by nedbank to negotiate payment, and we agreed on 100 until things become better, and they have been deducting money from my accaount and to my greatest shock i noticed that they are not upating my credit status and on calling them i could not get any assistance just a yawning guy who even had no idea what i was asking and told me they do not do debit orders, now nedbank can you kindly get this company update payments or alternatively take my account back so i can continue with the payment arrangement HAMMOND AND POLE does more harm that good and i have seen disturbing reviews and they dont even care to rectify this, im ready to go stop the debit with my bank as soon as i receive urgent feedback from nedbank, Regards
