Horrible service from Sne mabaso at nedbank overdrafts dept

Sne Mabaso at overdrafts dept,gave a very bad and unprofessional service,she told me that my application was approved and received all my documents but she gave any feedback evn after sending her more than 5 emails requesting the feedback and called in morethan 2 consultants told me that they will send her an email.
