Horrible service from Nedbank. Profile suspended

My profile wa blocked a couple of weeks ago, called call centre, was told I must go to the branch, went to the branch was told. There's a hold on the account they will get back to me..3 weeks later no one has contacted me. I am unable to access my profile nor do any banking...no one is saying anything to me . They just suspended my accounts....
