Horrible Service from Nedbank legal protection insurance is a ****

Horrible customer service by nedbank call centre agents by name of Wayne Playandi whom I called on Tuesday 3 March requesting help from thier legal insurance department, the gentleman took my details and promised to call me in 5 but that never happened, I had to hunt him down and got hold of him on Thursday, before that there was a gentleman also I spoke to by the name of Sphandla Ndlovu he also promised to call me back, till today im still waiting for his call.. all I needed is a legal assistant since I have a legal protection insurance with Nedbank which unfortunately it is useless because I can not get any help, im desperately need assistance with labor related issues but there's no one to assist, when I call Nedbank I am being transferred from this agent to that agent the entire day, what a horrible service from Nedbank, I regret taking thier legal protection insurance 😢 😞
