HORRIBLE SERVICE from Nedbank Home Loans

My home loan has been PAID. I last received a statement in January. I called for an updated statement (phone number ***), and was transferred to 5 different people:

Home Loans helpline transferred me to Sales, Sales then transferred me back to Home Loans, the next consultant transferred me to Collections, and Collections then transferred me back to the Home Loans helpline. The last consultant in Home Loans helpline was Again Phile, who then said he needs to transfer me to Customer Care for a statement!

In total, I was on the line for over 45 minutes with still no home loan statement!

Nedbank, this is PATHETIC! I will never take out another home loan with you again. Considering that my home loan was paid, this is TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
