HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM NEDBANK CALL CENTRE

Useless customer service, when you call all their consultancy are always busy.. been holding for 20 mins just to be transferred from POST TO PILLAR. They don't know their left from the right. Getting a paid-up letter is rocket science to the entire team. useless useless useless.
