Horrible service, false advertising, damage to a small business

Am a small business waiting on an international payment to clear; nedbank advertises 3 to 5 days - today is the 6th business day and still no clearance; despite my repeated phone calls. There is nothing wrong they just have to release a small business's money so they can begin to fulfill an export contract. They are holding up the entire contract because they simply are too slack or want to keep my money to earn more interest. They need to be reported to the public protectors office; obviously it is false advertising plus damage to a small business plus if they doing this to me, they doing it to a lot of people (earning my interest).
