Horrible service!

We went to Netbank at Polokwane Limpopo today as women's club to apply for a claim, the service received was so horrible. We queued from 8am and got assisted at 2pm. No chairs were provided while we stand on the queue and only 2 consultants was in service, other consultants were just starring at us! I'm so disappointed at Netbank and we don't wish to do business with them anymore.
