Horrible Service!!!

I made numerous calls to Nedbank's Personal loan division with agony from their staff, the last person whom I spoke to known as Anthony was very unhelpful and seemed as if I'm bothering him, even referred me to a branch and told me to take down a number, didn't acknowledge my request or listen to my request. I am disgruntled by this attitude and behavior of Nedbank staff, no decorum whatsoever. Upon settling this Personal loan I would NEVER recommend any of Nedbank's service to anybody not even in our next pandemic !
