HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been with Nedbank for 13 years , but it's been such stressful time of my life, hence I opted to take my Homeloan with another bank , because Nedbank is useless. Today on 30.08.2021 I call your Call Center , a consultant who was assisting me was so unprofessional he left me onhold for more than 30 minutes, and came to tell me he doesn't know why is my account being debited twice.
