Horrible Service

What a horrible service from Nedbank. Customer service will drop calls on client. There is no one who want to take accountability. The supervisor don't even bother to revert back with feedback. I have forwarded my paperwork 5 times already. This is bad service, it seems to be a circus. I am disappointed with the service and will never recommend Nedbank to anyone.
