Horrible Service.

Nedbank phoned me few months ago and convinced me that they're the best bank for me. I switched my salary to them and now I can't use my money as my account is deactivated and when I phone them to enquire, they told me that it's because of FICA. I collected my card at the Caltorn branch last month with my ID book with me so I don't understand what FICA are they talking about. I'm at the Boulders branch right now and I'm told that the system is offline since morning. I've never experienced such a horrible service from a financial institution. Come month end I'm canceling all my accounts with you. Such a horrible bank!
