horrible service

nebbank has to be the worst bank in the country, their service s bad and there are a lot of incompetency. i called to open an investment account and deposited R 36 000, i was advised the 32 day notice investment will be linked to my account/ money app in 24 hours, when this did not happen, i called to find out why my 32 day notice is not linked, i was advised i will need to go to the bank. i am a chronic patient and it is risky for me to go out there for something that can be done online. was advised only the bank/ branch can link my account. i then accepted that i will need to make arrangements to go to the bank. then i was called by someone again from nedbank who said i dont need to go to the bank, we will try to link my investment, we followed the steps and it wa not successful. she then said she will call a different dpartment that can assist me with this. its been over 4 days and im still waiting for a call. why is your staff not trained properly, because they always advise differently, this is not the first time i am experiencing this. all i want is for my investment to be linked to my account, so i can have access to it. thats all.
