Horrible service

I'm so disappointed with nedbank credit department. I made a full payment on my credit card on the 10th of June and I called for full closure of the account. They sent me an email stating that the manager will call me to finalize case. Till date I have not received any communication from,instead I'm the one calling them everyday and doing a follow up as they debited my account to show that it's not closed. No one is getting back to me.
