Horrible Service

I requested for a callback from their home loan department on the 29th of April, i followed up for weeks and even today i haven’t received anything from them. I even went to the branch and couldnt get any help.

I have an existing homeloan with them but i cant talk to them they’re always unavailable, you cant email or call them directly. The only way to contact this mystery department is through a call bank? What kind of service is this?

I will move all my accounts to FNB/Standard bank, i cant be loyal to a bank that treats clients like this.
