Horrible service at Nedbank Shelley centre

Horrible, Horrible, horrible... I was livid today... To wait for an hour and a half just to open an account?? With so much competition out there!?.. Even had the nerve to re-issue me with a ticket coz I'd waited sooo long,.. It continuez to be a disappointment.. just a few months back we were fighting them for giving wrong information for our stokvel account, which we gladly moving next year. I don't know why I considered them today to be honest,they seem to be moving backwards.. I left and went to another bank to be assisted in less than 10 minutes... Same client capacity SMH
