Horrible service at Nedbank Montana

I went to the bank to make an MFC deposit of which I cannot do myself at the ATM. MFC requires me to make the deposit at the tellers. I waited to be helped for a good hour while there was literally 2 customers doing deposits. It was just a mess and the staff seemed not to know what they are doing.
