Horrible service at Nedbank Chatsworth

Over the past 2 months I've accompanied my wife to the Chatsworth branch of Nedbank a few times, and in my opinion it's the worst bank I've seen. Waiting periods are insane, and the bank manager seems more interested in telling customers to go home instead of trying to make a plan and assist them. My wife needed to collect her new bank card as her old one was close to expiring, and every time she went to get her card there was some issue with the system or some other lame excuse given to us. We tried to explain to the manager many times that we only need a card to be collected but the answer we got every time was the system is slow, you can either wait but it will take a few hours or you can go home. Finally my wife decided to change to fnb and this Saturday when she went to close her Nedbank account , she was not able to because their bankers were busy doing loan applications , and the average waiting time for an account closure that day was 1 hour. The attitude of the staff at that branch is pathetic. Stay away from Nedbank Chatsworth!!!
