Horrible service at ***

I have been trying to get assistance or guidance from Nedbank the past 2 days. Today is the worst I am being transferred to different consultants who only pick up the to transfer me again . I spoke with Lucky who transferred me to Moses the Moses who transferred me to Sonia Matshoba also Sonia transferred me unfortunately I had to cut the call as I have been on the line for 23minutes. I need guidance on how I can make arrangement to pay off the overdraft I have with Nedbank in installments.

Horrible service from this bank,it is the same awful service that made me change banks.
