Horrible service and wasted time

Wasted time and data, I have made a debit order reversal with my banking app for nedbank on the 4th and today the 6th I received an sms that debit order returned back to my acc but no money in. I have used the Nedbank live chat from the app with Pam frm nedbank and she was kept on sending me the same question that I have answered and then she will dissappear for more than 10 minutes and come back again to ask me the same thing that I already answered, and she will delete our previous conversation and come back again so it was so annoying, poor service can maybe nedbank put reliable people to assist with such services.
