Horrible service and policies

Nedbank don't want to release my money on my 32 days account and when I opened the account I asked for an account where I can access the money and transfer into my cheque account but Nedbank tells me I can't get my money within 24 hours, I need to provide them a reason and a document why I need my money, which this was never explained to me when I opened this account.
