Horrible service and consultants who do not have "common sense"

On Saturday, 16 March 2024 I went to Nedbank Adderley Street with my elderly mom that is 75 years old and sickly as her card got restricted due to a fica block apparent. I produced the ID for my mom and she was with me, her ID is old but not broken and have no loose pages and they refused to help and said she must go and make a new ID at Home Affairs in order for her to get her money. I could not believe my ears and this lady consultant even called the Manager and the manager echoed what this consultant that's when I knew that I am dealing with a bunch of idiots, to top it all up I told them that my mom is sick she needed to go to the doctor hence we came.
