Horrible service all round
For all the times I have had to visit this branch it has been a horrible experience. The service is the worst I've come across when having to visit any bank and when you complain it's shrugged off like it's nothing and they couldn't care less. Horrible service all round???????

11 Feb 2019, 15:41Today I tried to contact the branch manager with my complaint about my experience at the branch but was constantly redirected and even leaving a message for a call that was never done. The service is truly sad to say the least!!!
