Horrible service

I made several calls to Nedbank trying to close my accounts after years of them being opened and charging me admin feee for an account that was supposed to be long closed which I went to the branch to ask for it to be closed. To my suprise the account is still active .

I called in on the 06-02-2014 requesting to escalate the matter at the legal department I was told a supervisor by the name of Hazel Sthephans will give me a call to discuss to this day I have not received any call.
