Horrible service!!!

<p>I had called in on monday I was told my banking details has been changed since jan and I never gave them consent to do so!! When I told the advisor to look on the system to see who it was to go listen to the call and load feedback they dropped the call! I then send I mail requesting a call back explaining what happened and they still did not get back to me! This is absolutely shockingly horrible service!!</p>
