Horrible service

Its been close to 2 months trying to close off my savvy plus account, oh what a nightmare an incompentent Sibusiso Mntambo is the one assisting me with the account closure, even today my account still reflects active and now my balance is on negative because of bank charges. he always calls to apologise but lately He has gone AWOL. I called in on Saturday requesting for his manager or him to give me a call. I am not surprised that they still havent contacted me. This is a service that I am getting from nedbank. What happened to honesty, integrity and competency? The service is one of the reason I opted to discontinue my association with Nedbank, it doesnt take my money seriously ***
