Horrible service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Nedbank. I have called multiple times regarding my query, but I’ve either been left on hold for very long periods or not assisted properly. Despite several follow-ups and emails, the responses I received were vague and unhelpful.

It’s incredibly frustrating to not get proper assistance, especially when dealing with important banking matters. I expected more from a bank of this size and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling ignored and annoyed.
