HORRIBLE SERVICE

I app**** for a Nedbank Credit Card and was told that the card will be delivered in 5 working days. It has been more than 10 working days now and I still have not received the Card. I spoke to 2 of their consultants who said to me that the card was on its way and today i am being told by one of their consultants that the card hasn't even been delivered yet. On top of that she has the nerve to put me on mute .I totally regret applying for this card.
