Horrible service 🤬🤬

Today ( 25 November 2025) at 10:20 - 10:25 I was accompanying my mom to the Nedbank branch in Vaal Mall, she was sitting down I was on the queue for her as she's not well she has an operation on her knee. When it was her turn to enter the booth teller 1 I went in first my mom was behind me. The lady behind the desk (Nonhlanhla Mthunzi) first thing she said was I quote "are you here with the club) no greeting no eye contact I greeted her she didn't respond. My mom tell her she want to do withdrawal then she said is it the first time she do the withdrawal inside my mom rep**** Nonhlanhla said my mom is she aware of the charges my mom didn't reply her cause she was full of attitude. My mom mistaken she pull out the card out from the machine again she rep**** my mom with attitude saying why did she took out the card cause she's not done my mom said I thought you are done. One gentleman came to help her with something on her keyboard. The way Nonhlanhla Mthunzi treated us it was so coldfull and with aggressive way
