Horrible service!

I have received bad customer service from Nedbank, I made a claim from my mother's estate late account 2weeks ago they said it will take 24-48hrs to be paid. It's been 2weeks and their branch said they can't help. Their customer service lines are even worse, been sent from pillar to post! It's so annoying and an inconvenience 😡😡
