Horrible service

Bad service from a guy at counter 11 Carlton center branch(no name tag). Poor knowledge of customer service, bad attitude. Nedbank you can do better than this. Am not happy with your services. Had to cut my holiday short for something i would haven't have travelled back home for. Am angry. Fix your servicea please.
