Horrible service

I am very disappointed with Nedbank, I have settled my loan and Nedbank refuse to close the account and send me a paid up letter, I have endless ref numbers and they will not let me speak to a manager. This is terrible service. How can this be, they say they see the loan is paid up and can't send me a paid up letter
