HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I'm so disgusted with Nedbank. At the beginning of July I collected my CC from Nedbank Vaal Mall, they did my FICA there as well. Just last week a lady from Nedbank contacted me and advised me that they need to do my FICA, I informed her that it was done at the beginning of July and she said thank you. This morning when I wanted to pay for my purchase at the garage, my card all of a sudden decline with a error "Bank Declined" so how many more times should a person do your FICA verification? Call me on *** to rectify your problem ASAP!!!!!!!!
