horrible service

People be aware of the contractors such as K & L projects used by Nedbank Insurance , they are terrible, I spoke with the lady yesterday and she said she will sent her workers to come and check my garage motor today at 10:00 , at 11 the worker had not arrived and no one bothered to call me and tell what is happening and I called their offices and I was told that the guy was running late and should be at my house by 12:30 , who respects their clients who cod be 2 hours late.the next thinwhen i was expressing my disappointment,the lady and K & L projects instead of apologising she was threatening me that she is going to write a report to Nedbank and tell them my motto was not damaged by lightning, having not even been to my house but she is brave enough to utter threats to Nedbank clients.
