Horrible service

Nedbank has put a block on my account without giving me any reason,I been to the branch 3 Times no one can give me answers rather I must wait for Evelyn Nkoana to call me until Tuesday latest! I need my money to use, I have stuff to buy things to pay while this bank just decides to block my account with no reason!!! There is no urgency to resolve knowing I need access to ******
