Horrible service!!

Had an accident a week ago and Nedbank insurance makes no contact for feedback and updates. I was booked in for an assessment on Monday and they never called, kept saying they are processing, assessor finally made contact on Wednesday (after going through their complaints department). Sent the pictures on Wednesday and they only acknowledged them yesterday, a day later, after I called countless times to check on the claim. Then it was quiet. Been calling since yesterday and no update or feedback has been sent to me. I've been calling all day long, yesterday and today and they keep saying they are doing the admin of the claim, but no one seems to have any timeframes or a way forward for me. I am currently driving my car with damages and no side mirror, I took out a policy with a hired car but can't get that hired car until they are finished processing , which no one can seem to tell me when that will be. Extremely frustrating!!!
