Horrible Nedbank THE GROVE BRANCH

This very small bank is not organized and leave clients hanging. They only had to close my account. The lady there told me that my account is closed and today I received a statement from nedbank with new bank charges of an account I thought was closed!

I cannot pay for an account I do not use.

The account could not be close because all the supervisors were counting ATM Money. What does that have to do with me. A bank is meant to function seamlessly.
