Horrible Nedbank service

Something as simple as acquiring the settlement amount on my home loan with Nedbank has proven impossible. Got transferred to a million people and still, no one could tell me how much to pay to settle my account. Very poor service; this was so needless for such a big institution. It’s embarrassing.
