Horrible nedbank funeral

Absolutely shattered and disappointed Last week my aunt and I submitted forms for a claim that was apparently to be paid out with 24 to 48 hours and to our dismay, the 300hours later no money. We have a funeral this Sat the 30th and of cause we cannot proceed without having the funds from nedbank. The branch ladies at the umtata circus triangle are arrogant and rude, cannot help at all. We called the call Centre that informed us that there was no claim on the policy, meaning the docs had not been sent through by circus triangle nedbank after such a long wait.

We need the money atleast thursday to conclude funeral arrangements. All we need is the money due to us so we can proceed and not be a ****** to anyone
