Horrible Nedbank Cash sent

The Nedbank cash sent service is horrible. My husband mistakenly send cash to a wrong number, he immediately called the bank and the bank confirmed that the money has not been withdrawn however they cannot be able to reverse it, whereas other banks like Standardbank and FNB has the function to stop the payment. With Standardbank you are able to cancel the transaction as long as the cash is not yet withdrawn.
