Horrible horrible service nedbank homeloans

I've been a loyal customer for more then 19 years with nedank, ive been struggling since last week Thursday to get hold of someone at the homeloan department to give me accurate service as everytim my wife phones them we get put through to someone less *********** only to hear they will phone us back that they never do..today was the 3rd time they said the same thing with the same result..this is so so sad for such a wonderful company giving this kind of service totally gutted
