HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order for my savvy plus card on 05/11/2021 ***, WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 3-5 WORKING DAYS TO BE DELIVERED. I have been phoning in and was told the next day, and again, the next day. I have escalated this as my card has not been delivered on Monday 22/11/2021 : ***, AND Still no card and no explanation, I have phoned in again today 24/11/2021 and still no delivery, no card no explanation and to put the cherry on top also to find out that my card has been reordered on Monday 22/11/2021 AGAIN, I will not be paying for this mistake on your side. I want my card by tomorrow. This is ridiculous and absolutely disgusting service. (Last ref: EXCALATION 24/11/2021 : ***9
