Horrible Homeloans service!

Nothing as horrible as the Nedbank call centre they will transfer you from pillar to post, been on the phone with several people still my matter is unresolved. One promised to email me the document I requested never received the email. Called back and the other consultant told me she will call me I'm still waiting 5 hours later... Really cannot wait to switch my home loan account they have the worst service.
