horrible home loans

I am really frustrated by Nedbank home loans, march 2023 they debited on th 24th and there was no funds on my account and i got cahrged by my bank for insuficient funds . my agreement is that debit order must run from 25th and it has been like that for 6 years with no issues , they called and i explained on two occations that money has to be debited as its still in my account . but it was not done . i have spoken to multiple people to resolve this issue and exaplain what happened and they ahve failed. i am getting countless calls and no one is eplaining to me what happened that months. its not my fault they messed up dabit order and when i gave them a chance they still did not fix it.

i am not responsible for that missed month and will not be penalised for your own mistake

i am angry as you call a lot and sometimes when i answer there is no one on the other side .

please investigate and call with feedback

i am taking the complaint to ombudaman if its not resolved by next week

6 years . i have never missed payment and now you trying to stress me.
