Horrible experience at Nedbank Mall of the South

I would like to express my dissatisfaction about a terrible experience I received from Zanele at Nedbank Mall of the south.

I went there to enquire about a reversal I didn’t even finish when this lady cut me off, as I was trying to explain myself she left me there talking, no attempt to assist or clarify just left with an attitude.

This is no way to treat clients, regardless of the pressure each an every client or person is an opportunity for business to Nedbank, if she does not want to deal with people then she must have chosen the wrong career

This needs to be addressed with this lady as a matter of urgency
