Horrible experience

I've been trying to do online purchases for the past 2 days and Nedbank does not allow me,it keeps aborting the transactions from different vendors...at first,I thought it was a checkers 60 problem but then I tried takealot.com,it also aborts the transaction. I went to wonderpark branch,the consultant couldn't help me and instead gave me a number to call coz they were in a hurry to close, meanwhile I came to the branch before closing time (15:30). I called the number that was given to me***) and they also couldn't help me. What must happen now if both branch and call centre are telling me they can't help me meanwhile they still taking a hefty monthly fee and transaction fees. Does that mean I must close the account and move back to capitec bank because at least I know they won't dismiss me at the branch until my matter is resolved?
