Horrible

My name is Josephinah Maluleke,***, dwelling 28772 Brunnera and Bugle****,Sky City,Ext 32.

I have a home loan with Nedbank since Nov 2022 I lost my job and I have been struggling to make payments as per the agreement with the bank.

I have been receiving numerous call from their legal department regarding the arrears on the house, I finally a temp job and made an arrangement of R2500 as of September 2024 and i have been complying to the arrangement ,today i was called again but their legal department h who then told me i need to pay more towards the bond account, surprisingly the lady behind the telephone is rude and unhuman i don't believe that as banking industry you work with such people as much as I'm in arrears i don't deserve to be disrespected and looked down upon.

The funny is that one of your consultants agreed on the R2500 arrangement made in September 2024 but all of a sudden, I'm receiving attitude.

I still have found a proper paying job, and I'm still will to pay with my whole salary to ward this bond.
