Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting on a paid up letter on a personal loan for close to a month

Nedbank has horrible horrible service. Waiting over 3 weeks to be assisted, countless calls, countless emails, an official complaint lodged but even their complaint department has not assured 🤮🚮 Nedbank
