Horrible Customer Service

Very poor service. Trying to get a simple transaction detail report from the Homeloans department has proven to be a nightmare. I have been taken from pillar to post, on calls over an hour and no one can assist. From calling the call centre *** to being transferred to collections department to transferred to branches all over the country with no response. This is not the service I expect from the company where I have had a bond for the past 3 years. The service is appalling. No one can assist. I'm tired of being sent all over the show to get a transaction detail history on my account.
