Horrible Customer Service

I can't rate other banks, as i have been a Nedbank Customer for 30 years. But the state of Service has been diabolical. ***** on the account, reported immediately. Nedbank's response 'wait 4 to 6 weeks'. Trying to speak to someone who can give you any answers as to what is happening - the answer is - we will escalate to a manger. Send a complaint and you get a generic reply that complaints take 21 days to be reviewed and resolved. So i am a couple of thousand short for at least two months if not longer. But do they care? NO. NO Customer Service NO Accountability Just one more unhappy customer that will close my accounts.
